Please show this card to your dental provider at the time of service. RSI MEDICAL PAYER CARD This is your medical supplemental payer card. This card is for your personal reference only and has no commercial value. RSI DEBIT CARD This is your debit card to pay for all approved BCBS Rx medications and all qualified FSA and DCA expenses.
