WESTPORT INSURA NCE CORPORATION DAMAGES AND CLAIM EXPENSES DEDUCTIBLE THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. The first two paragraphs of Section VIII. DEDUCTIBLE are deleted and replaced with the following: You shall be responsible for the DEDUCTIBLE indicated on the Declarations. The DEDUCTIBLE applies to DAMAGES and CLAIM EXPENSES. The total DEDUCTIBLE you shall be responsible to pay during the POLICY PERIOD will not exceed the aggregate amount each POLICY PERIOD, if any, shown on the Declarations. We will have no obligation whatsoever, to the INSURED to pay all or any portion of the DEDUCTIBLE. We will, however, have the option to do so, in which event the INSURED will repay us any amounts so paid within thirty (30) days of our demand to the FIRST NAMED INSURED. Section X. REIMBURSEMENT TO COMPANY is deleted and replaced with the following: REIMBURSEMENT TO COMPANY If we have paid any amounts as DAMAGES in satisfaction of any CLAIM in excess of the applicable Limit of Liability, or have paid DAMAGES or CLAIM EXPENSES within the amount of the applicable DEDUCTIBLE, you shall be liable to us for any and all such amounts and shall pay such amounts to us within thirty (30) days of our demand. All other terms and conditions of this policy shall remain unchanged. This endorsement forms a part of the policy to which attached, effective on the inception date of the policy unless otherwise stated herein.
