The HRA allows the company to pay for a portion of your medical deductible. HRA payments are automatic - login to your Cigna member portal to track your usage HRA funds can be used for any medical expenses that apply toward your deductible. Here is how it works: You visit a provider or facility for care and show your medical insurance ID card That provider or facility sends the bill to Cigna to pay their portion of the bill through your medical insurance You will pay any deductible expenses up to your full deductible.
