HELPFUL HINTS & FAQ • I’m at my providers office and they are asking for money upfront. Who should I call? Your provider should be submitting all claims to BCBS before asking you for money. However, we know that some providers still request a “copay” upfront. If so, please have them call the RSI Claims Department at 1-855-493-9859 and we can explain your plan to them. • I paid a medical bill that RSI also paid. What do I do? Contact the RSI Claims Department at [email protected] or by calling 1-855-493-9859. A member of the team will work directly with your provider to get you your reimbursement. • Medical Flexible Spending Rollover: How much & when? Members have until August 30, 2023 to submit for reimbursement of any claims incurred during the 2022 plan year. Members are eligible to rollover up to $570 of unused Healthcare FSA funds into the 2023 plan year. These rollover funds will automatically be loaded onto the member’s Benny Card on August 31, 2023. If you need access to these funds prior to the rollover date, please contact the RSI Claims Department at 1-855-493-9859 or at [email protected]. • Dependent Care Account: How much & when? Members have until August 30, 2023 to submit claims incurred between June 1, 2022—May 31, 2023. We know there are a lot of moving parts to your plans and RSI we are your advocate. We want to take you out of the confusion healthcare loop.
