Health Club Membership Benefits Westfield Capital will contribute up to $75.00 per month towards monthly dues at a health or fitness club, and/or at home subscription such as Peloton or the Mirror. Health club reimbursements must be made for at least four consecutive months and proof-of-payment should be provided to the Treasurer of the Company. Charitable Contribution Match Westfield Capital will match employee donations to a charitable, nonprofit organization up to $1,000 per calendar year.
