~Mind & Movement ~Winter Running ~Intramural basketball ~Fencing ~Wrestling • Spring - Group A ~Lacrosse ~Baseball ~Softball ~Tennis ~Track & Field - Head Coach only • Spring - Group B ~Golf ~Rowing ~Mind & Movement ~Track & Field Middle School Athletic Stipends are as follows (when coaching in addition to a full time role):: • Group A Coaching - $3,000 (external coaches receive $2,500) • Group B Program - $2,500 • Faculty with two Group A Coaching Responsibilities - $1,000 Upper School Upper School Coaching Assignments are broadly categorized as Category 1-4 responsibilities based upon the time working with students, the expectations in responding to parents, and the number of games and matches outside of the regular practice schedule. • Category 1 Coaching - Varsity Head Coach for an athletic program designated by the Board of Trustees as a program with recruiting responsibilities. ~Stipend range: $12,500 to $14,500 • Category 2 Coaching - Varsity Head Coach of non-designated recruiting programs, Assistant Varsity Coach ~Stipend range: $3,000 to $8,500 • Category 3 Coaching - JV or Thirds Head Coach and Assistant Coaches ~Stipend range: $2,000 to $6,000 • Category 4 Athletics Duty - Athletic Activities leader or program supporter ~Stipend range: $2,500 to $4,000 - 37 -
