3 #16. Entry Date Entry Dates are immediate for Elective Deferrals. For Employer Contributions, they are January 1 and July 1, subject to the following: Entry Dates for Employer Contributions are immediate for Full Participation Employees, except that the Entry Date for those first hired after the Effective Date who are less than age 21, the Entry Date is the first January 1 or July 1 following age 21. Nonelective Contribution Allocation This Alternate allocation method, rather than pro-rata according to Compensation, will apply to some or all of a Year’s Supplemental Contributions if so designated by the Employer: A Supplemental Non-Elective Employer Contribution will be allocated after the conclusion of a Plan Year. Full Participants who are employed on September 30 (and Limited Participants who qualify for a contribution in the Plan Year due to 1,000 Hours of Service and employment on December 31) are eligible. The allocation will be on a per capita basis, so that the same amount is allocated to each eligible Participant. The Employer has full discretion whether to make a Supplemental Contribution. It also reserves the right to amend this provision to change the allocation method or the eligibility requirements, subject to Code qualification rules and ERISA. 36 (d) Vesting Schedule For any Employee whose first Hour of Service is on or after the Effective Date, a vesting schedule applies to the Accounts for Employer Matching and Nonelective Contributions. These Accounts will be forfeited if a one-Year Break in Service occurs prior to 15 months of employment, as determined under the Elapsed Time rules of the Plan. Forfeited amounts will be used to reduce Employer Contributions according to the timing rules of Section 5.07. Employees who return to Service at any time will have forfeited amounts restored and previous vesting service credited if required under Section 5.06 and the Rule of Parity. In witness whereof, this Schedule is executed and approved on this _ day of May, 2022.
