2 - Any other Temporary or Seasonal employee, if scheduled to work at a rate that would regularly be less than 20 hours per week with an expectation of less than 1,000 Hours of Service in an Eligibility Computation Period. #28(b) Allocation Conditions Full Participation Employees are eligible for Employer Contributions (Matching and Nonelective) with respect to Participating Compensation for periods when employed, regardless of hours worked. Limited Participation Employees are also eligible for Employer Contributions with respect to Participating Compensation, but only for Plan Years in which the Limited Participation Employee: - has completed one Year of Eligibility Service on or before January 1 or July 1 of the Plan Year (a one-time requirement), and - is credited with at least 1,000 hours in the Plan Year, and - is employed on December 31 of the Plan Year. If transferred from Limited Participation Status to Full Participation Status or vice versa, the above requirements will continue to apply, but only with respect to Compensation paid while in Limited Participation Status. #22(g), and #25(b)(6) Timing of Matching and Non-Elective Contributions Contributions for Full Participation Employees would typically be made at the time of, or reasonably following, the conclusion of each pay period. Contributions are on a payroll period basis (no “true-up). Contributions for Limited Participation Employees would be made after a Plan Year concludes, and generally within 2 & ½ months. Contributions are based on the Plan Year basis (called “true-up” in the AA). Employer Contributions will in no event be later than the time permitted by the Code. #14. Eligibility: New minimum age requirement for Employer Contributions A minimum age requirement is added for all Employees hired on or after the Effective Date, but only with respect to Employer Matching and Non-Elective Contributions: AGE 21. #15. Year of Eligibility Service (for Limited Participation Employees) A Year of Eligibility Service is as described in #15 of the Adoption Agreement. It is an Eligibility Computation Period in which 1,000 Hours of Service is credited.
