The benefit includes: • Flat $50,000 Disability Insurance The goal of Westfield Capital Management’s Disability Insurance Plans is to provide you with income replacement should you become disabled and unable to work due to a non‐work related illness or injury. Westfield Capital Management covers 90% of the cost of Long Term Disability income benefits for eligible employees. Long Term Disability covers 60% of your monthly pre-disability earnings up to a $15,000 maximum. Should you be interested in purchasing additional insurance for yourself, Westfield Capital Management offers competitive pricing on supplemental Life and AD&D policies.
