UPDATE ON HEALTH CARE REFORM Effective January 1, 2019 the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TJCA) repealed the individual mandate to maintain health insurance or be responsible for a “shared responsibility payment”. We hope to keep offering these benefits as a valuable part of your total compensation in the future.
